Contact Information (email, address, phone number – this will be how we contact you with publishing
options – you need only submit one, but may submit all if you’d like)
Book Title (Title may be changed at a later date)
Page Count
Book Trim Size
Quantity of books you plan to order (this can be as little as one book)
Cover Type: Hardcover laminate (no jacket)
Hardcover Stamped Cloth without jacket
Hardcover Stamped Cloth with jacket
Paperback
Interior Type: Black & White
Color
Binding Type for color interior paperback: Saddle Stitch (page count 4 – 48)
Perfect Bound (page count 24 – 480)

Revelade Publishing will not edit any manuscripts or design/create book covers.
Author is responsible to create his/her own cover on our template. If author needs help in creating a cover, Revelade Publishing may be able to offer assistance. Author is responsible for providing Revelade Publishing with a pdf file of manuscript for printing. If author is unable to provide a pdf file of manuscript, Revelade Publishing can convert a Microsoft Word document into a pdf file. (Revelade Publishing will not make any corrections/alterations to the Microsoft Word document. The pdf file will be emailed to Author for final approval.)
